Hello, my name is Fonda Heath Neal and I am the owner of After 7 Notary. I have been a Notary Public in the State of Virginia since 2001. I am committed to providing accurate, professional and reliable notary service. I am licensed, bonded and insured.
Services
After 7 Notary is a mobile notary business providing traditional notary services to individuals and businesses within a 15 mile radius of the 23233 zip code (including Henrico County, Glen Allen, VA, etc.). I will meet the client at their place of business or a mutually agreed location such as the local library, hospital (especially in cases of adoptions) or coffee shop.

*A Virginia Notary cannot certify birth, death, marriage certificates (copies or originals) or any public records in the custody of the courts or State Corporation Commission. These types of documents must be notarized by the Virginia Department of Vital Statistics.
Proper identification
Personal appearance and proper identification is required for all Notarial Acts. Identification must be government issued and unexpired. Some examples of ID include:
- State issued driver’s license or non-driver ID card
- United States Passport
- U.S. Passport Card
- Certificate of U.S. Citizenship
- Certificate of Naturalization
- Foreign Passport
- Alien Registration Card with photo
- U.S. Military ID card
- State or Federal Government issued ID card
